In my previous role, I was responsible for communicating effectively with employees to troubleshoot technical issues, which I then presented in weekly team meetings. Additionally, I submitted detailed daily reports to my manager.

Through this practical experience, I gained valuable skills in providing technical support and assistance, interacting with customers both over the phone and in-person to resolve their software and hardware issues, ensuring their systems were quickly restored to full functionality.

The collaborative team structure allowed me to seek guidance and offer advice to my colleagues, enabling us to complete tasks ahead of schedule and with minimal stress. This team-oriented environment strengthened my problem-solving and time-management skills.

Currently, I work with a culturally diverse team, which has enhanced my ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds. This experience has broadened my understanding of different cultures and beliefs, fostering a more inclusive and adaptable approach to teamwork.

I take great responsibility in meeting deadlines, which has consistently contributed to the quality of my work throughout my career. I am adept at planning and organizing tasks efficiently, ensuring they are thoroughly evaluated before completion. I am proactive in seeking assistance and guidance when needed, always striving to enhance my skills for the benefit of both my organization and my personal growth.

Upon completing my graduate degree, my career focus will be on building resilience against cyber threats and ensuring the security of our organization from cybercriminals. This will involve participating in a wide range of technical and procedural activities designed to safeguard information systems.

Cyber-attacks have the potential to severely damage national systems and infrastructure, leading to espionage and other subversive activities. In the coming years, cybersecurity will play a critical role across all sectors, making it essential to adopt good cybersecurity habits and best practices as threats continue to evolve. My goal is to contribute to this field by staying at the forefront of cybersecurity advancements, helping organizations strengthen their defenses and mitigate risks.
